Hey, I'm having some problems with my OCS Inventory Agent OR Server, not sure which one is causing the problem.

Debian 8.7, OCSReports 2.3 and agent 2.3

When I click at "Show inventory information" in agent it shows my everything (TBH I only care about MMODEL), but when it sends data to server the table remains "NULL".

Log from agent doesn't show any errors.

Any ideas what's going on?

OcsPackage won't start without Admin Privileges

I Created an OCS package using the ocspackager

Now when i try to run it nothing happens.
When i run it as administrator the installation starts.
How can i fix this?

PsExec.exe is in the same directory as OcsPackager.exe

My configuration:
Agent setup file: "C:\OCSNG-Windows-Agent-2.1.1.1\OCS-NG-Windows-Agent-Setup
Certificate: Empty
Command: /Server=http://ocsinventory-ng/ocsinventory   (DNS refers "ocsinventory-ng" to the right IP address)
Label: Empty

User: Admin
Password: Adminpassword

Are you sure ? I think 2.1.1.3 is agent version, not a server version.

Frank asked you the SERVER version, because error 400 usualy means  that your agent version is greater than your server version : example : Agent 2.1.1.3 with server 2.0.5....

Hello, everybody,
I have my OCS 2.3.1 server running and working well.
My Windows clients are using agent 2.3.0. and working well.
But I have a PC model that is not inventoried on the server, even though the agent is installed and running, and has a network connection.

The PC is ASUS H110M-R, Intel Core i7-7700, Windows 7 x64 SP1.

This is the OCSInventory.log

Some BIOS DMI options were interfering with the Agent's performance. When enabling them now the agent correctly informs the server.
Then I'm going to investigate the exact configuration.

OCSINVENTORY-NG 2.0.5 SERVER & AGENT PROBLEM WITH HTTPS

Hello,

I have created the certificate using ssl related commands:

openssl x509 -req -days 365 -in server.csr -signkey server.key -out server.crt

Then, I have renamed the .crt file into cacert.pem, and yes, it is in the same folder as the ocsinventory.ini file, and the log file.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

I have a Lenovo V310-15ISK, model 80SY with Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB.

In OCSInventory Server v2.1 for Linux and OCSInventory Agent v2.1.0.3 the serial number is correct. After migrating to OCSInventory Server v2.3.1 for Linux and OCSInventory Agent v2.3.0.0 I have bad SN. Other 250 machines (Dell, VMware virtual machines, Fujitsu) are fine.

Is it possible to correct that bug?

Pas de remontée d'inventaire

Bonjour,

Merci d'avance.
