IMHO in 2022, Centos 7 is obsolete.
IMHO I recommand,
- for OCS server, use of 'source installation' : and you can choose the version you want,
- for OCS agent, use of distribution package for agent installation.
(For agent installation, be carefull the agent's version MUST be lower or equal the server's version !)
Maybe you can set a OCS server with Debian, and here you can easily find proven tutorials (I writen one for Debian 10/11, it takes only 20' using copy/paste each instructions from a fresh install).
